Beautiful wedding at the brides family farm last night! We created an amazing chips and salsa grazing table on a table made from wood from the farm. The dinner was a fiesta bar with Cilantro Lime Rice, Barbacoa, Chipotle chicken, black beans and all the toppings.

Oh what a beautiful wedding in the mountains for an amazing couple! Congratulations James & April! I am so happy that you found each other! Thank you for asking me to provide the catering for your wedding! I only got a picture of the grazing table since I went out to watch my handsome cousin marry his soulmate!

We are looking for some people to help with our events this fall. If you know someone that might be interested in helping with loading vehicles, setting up buffets, refilling food as needed and clean up please send them our way. This position is as needed and they would sign up for events individually. The person needs to be motivated and able to lift some heavy items.

Yesterday we celebrated the life of one of my dads closest friends. Robb was like an uncle to me and his smile and laugh will be missed. Go rest high on that mountain, your work on earth is done.
