We’ve stepped out a little on this one. Inspired by one of our favorite Chinese dishes Mapo Tofu, we’ve made a mapo sauce for our special this weekend. If you haven’t had it before, this packs a lil heat from different chilis and Szechuan peppercorns that give a lil tingly sensation when eaten. We omitted the tofu for a lil extra ground pork from The Meat Market of Cave Creek. We think the best way to combat the heat here in valley is to fight fire with fire. So for those wanting to spice it up, this is the one. Find it at Gilbert Farmers Market and Uptown Market AZ this weekend. We recommend with one of our long noodles and this weekend we’re sending mafaldine and pappardelle, which would go great with this.

It's fair to say that summer isn't anyone's favorite time here in the Valley, so we're making it a little more fun by bringing some different features to the Farmers Markets each weekend! Today we've got a killer Genovese sauce available . Chock full of braised grass-fed beef and jammy caramelized onions, if you're not familiar with this sauce, you should definitely get acquainted. We've done all the heavy lifting - pop one open, heat it up, toss with some noodz...have an amazing pasta night! 🤎
