From then to now, there has been growth, advancement, new opportunities, and greater access to resources, but building a profitable business remains challenging.
Some challenges stay the same. However, with time, experience, and wisdom in your craft and industry, you discover more innovative ways to navigate them. At the same time, every new level introduces new responsibilities, lessons, and challenges.
Business never truly gets easier, you simply become more knowledgeable, more prepared, and more aware of the areas where you can improve.
These pictures represent more than where we started and where we are today. They represent perseverance, learning, sacrifice, adaptation, and the decision to keep building through every season.
We are grateful for the growth, but we also understand that there is still more work to do.
