I am asking for prayers of wisdom and paientence. I have taken in a 12 year old boy who has a troubled childhood and has gone through more in his short life than we can imagine.

He is a good kid that does not like rules, does not understand the value of being honest and has a tendencey to steal.

I tell him I love him but I will not tolerate any dishonesty or stealing.

The sad thing he has been taught by his mother all the wrong things to do and now he is acting the way he has watched his mother act.

I need to love him more than I critisize him. I can only hope that God shows me what to do and how to get through to him.

Any and all advice is welcomed.

Hello Everyone,

I am in need of some volunteers in Andover tomorrow. I am helping a couple families out tomorrow morning that were affected by the tornado that came through a few days ago. I have a dumpster onsite and I will be going through some personal belongings and documenting all of their items. My team will also be cutting down a couple of trees in the area. If you are able to take pictures, write them down and also even help sort through the contents I need your help. If you arent afraid of heights or able to carry debris and help clean up we need you!!

All the families affected are in my prayers and I am going to do anything and everything I can to help. Please if you have a couple hours free tomorrow I will be at the address listed below or you can contact me directly. Thank you again each and every one of you for your kindness and love.

Every spark has a ripple effect that will go on long after we are all gone. Remember what we do today could affect someone tomorrow.

Today, I was getting a few things for a lady that is shut in due to being sick!

I went to the checkout line, and there were three people in front of me and a young lady at the register! I heard the two people laughing about the lady at the register in front of me! I did not know why until she told the Cashier to put half of her stuff back! I started to walk up to see if I could help her! I noticed that all the things she was buying were for her babies.

I walked up and asked her if I could help her, and she started to cry, and then the devil lady started to laugh and point at the young lady with twins that were only three months old!

I asked her if she would put everything in her basket and come with me! She looked shocked, and that is when I handed her a One Spark card! She read it and then smiled and asked if I was the guy who spoke in her school, and I said yes!

I told her that I would meet her in front of the register! When I told the lady that was laughing, she had the worst heart condition known to man! She asked me what heart condition and I told her a hateful heart!

I got back where the young lady was standing, and three people were talking to her, and I walked up, and I noticed that the three people had tears in their eyes!
Then the young lady told me her story! Her husband was on his way home on Christmas Eve, hit some ice, lost control of his truck, hit the bridge, and was killed on impact!
She then told all seven of us that her husband never got to meet his twins! He missed the birth by three days! Now we were all crying!

I told her I would like to get some food for you, and I said I would grab a shopping cart! When I got to the shopping cart area, I noticed nine people holding shopping carts and wanted to help!
Before we finished shopping for the young lady, we had recruited another five people to help this young lady!

The women that were helping were on the ball! They knew just what to get for the babies! I wanted to buy all the wrong stuff, but in the end, the women got me back on course!
We got to the register, and I said I would go last, and that is when a lady in her seventies walked up to me and said my husband would like to pay for everything. Before I could say a word, she told me this was the first time he had ever wanted to help anyone, and she was not going to let me stop him!

People asked what they could pay for, and the woman told them to get gift cards for this lovely little girl!
I said OK and handed another woman 300.00 from me for gift cards!

I have to say this was amazing, but the best part was not 2700 in groceries or the 3900 in gift cards! The lady was rude, walking up and apologizing to the young lady and handing her $500 in cash!
There were lots of tears and hugs, and I walked up to the young lady and told her to reach out to me when she needed help!

The ladies helping out told her that they would all come to her house and help her put everything away! They came up to me, hugged me, and said thank you for spreading the love that started a fire that will never be put out!

One lady walked up to me and said, yes, your life has made a massive difference in this world, and I wish I were your mother because, baby boy, I would tell you how special you are to the world every day! I told her to thank you and walked out the door!

God is Awesome!

My friend's kind's mother was placed on hospice today! Please keep them in your prayers.

If you need prayer, please let me know, and I will continue to pray for you or your need until you tell me to stop.

The best thing we can do for people in need is lifting them up in prayer!

Go to Automobla tonight for the biggest party in wichita.. David L. Hill will have one spark and hillbro serving up bbq and jalapeno poppers for the masses along with sweet Willy's bbq sauce under the one spark name.. awesome... there will be cars, booze, bbq and fireworks..
One spark will be set up under the Douglass street railroad bridge.. fresh burgers and hot dogs and brisket and pulled pork and jalopeno poppers,.Lots of cold drinks.. make sure you make it down town..

Hill will be bottling soon.. come out to Automobile and enjoy One Spark and Hillsbo bros bbq... One treat you gonna love is the Roasted Jalapeno Poppers.. they will be on Douglass under the railroad bridge . Great music, great bbq, great fun and great fireworks... Biggest party in wichita, ks... Yes I Randy Hare made the Sweet Willy's bbq sauces...

Dearest Redneck Son,

I'm writing this slow because I know you can't read real fast. We don't live where we did when you left home. Your dad read in the newspaper that most accidents happen within 20 miles of home, so we decided to move 30 miles down the road. I won't be able to send you the address because the last family that lived here took the house numbers when they moved so they wouldn't have to change their address.

This place is really nice. It even has a washing machine. I'm not sure about it, though. I put a load of clothes in and pulled the chain. We haven't seen 'em since.

The weather isn't bad here. It only rained twice last week; the first time for three days and the second time for four days.

About that coat you wanted me to send; your Uncle Billy Bob said it would be too heavy to send in the mail with the buttons on, so we cut them off -- you'll find 'em in the pockets.

Bubba locked his keys in the car yesterday. We were really worried because it took him two hours to get me and your daddy out.

Your sister had a baby this morning, but I haven't found out what it is yet, so I don't know if you are an aunt or uncle.

Uncle Bobby Ray fell into a whiskey vat last week. Some men tried to pull him out but he fought them off and drowned. We had him cremated; he burned for three days.

Three of your friends went off a bridge in a pickup truck. Butch was driving. He rolled down the window and swam to safety. Your other two friends were in the back and drowned -- they couldn't get the tailgate down.

There isn't much more news from Arkansas at this time. Nothing much out of the normal has happened.
