Not just because someone cares about immigrants does that make them “illegal” too.

Our community has been affected, and when one of us is hurting, we all hurt. That’s who we are. We care for one another. ❤️

Please stop arguing about whether our people “should” or “shouldn’t” be here. If you have nothing positive or compassionate to add, you can simply keep scrolling or unfollow our page.

I can no longer stay quiet and pretend everything is okay while our community is being hurt and offended over and over again, being called criminals, being dehumanized, and being talked about as if we are nothing more than people who can simply be removed whenever someone decides we don’t belong.

Behind every immigrant is a person. A family. A story. A dream. A community.

You don’t have to agree with everything, but you can choose to have compassion.

If one of us is hurting, we all hurt. And we will continue to care for each other🇲🇽❤️

This is a circle moment because I remember when I was in college in the Butler Culinary Program we baked many many cookies for this event and now to be catering for them it’s just amazing! ✨🌯🐶
