My birthday is tomorrow, but I’m celebrating all weekend long. Tonight for dinner, I had a meal of epic proportions. I wanted a crawfish boil, so I had to do it big with the help of Mama Nith's Crawfish. It was a seafood paradise. I got a bunch of crawfish, blue crab, shrimp with the head on, and mussels in the signature Mama Nith’s sauce, medium spicy level. It also had corn, potatoes, and sausage with it. I just dumped everything on a paper covered table in my backyard, and a few friends and I went to town. I’m not sure how many crawfish I ate, but it was a lot of pinching the tails and sucking the heads. The signature sauce makes everything taste so good. I loved the blue crabs too. When I peeled their bodies in half, there was a bunch of juice inside that I would shoot, it was so incredibly tasty. I’m not sure there is a better way to celebrate a birthday than with a huge seafood boil from Mama Nith’s. Make sure to get with them for the best Cajun Asian food in town.
