Ok, y’all know I like to cook a test pie the night before so Joey came over tonight and delivered some gorgeous Wagyu brisket! I swear the pie looked beautiful but we devoured it before I got a pic so only this lonely boy left. Picked up some beautiful shiitakes to go with the homemade sausage tomorrow. Maybe our last gig of the season so hope to see y’all come out!. Serving 3-? Marty Johnson will be roasting some smokin good Hatch Chile on site! . Ah-beetz!
