Odd Duck Coffee is family owned and operated by Ted and Andrea Klopf. Ted roasted his first green beans using a hot air popcorn popper he had modified. Although it didn't produce the best beans, it did foster an acute awareness of the sights, sounds and smells of roasting. Over the years, the air popper was upgraded to larger and more sophisticated roasters, and the beans were sampled using various brewing methods with dreams of producing the BEST cup of coffee.
