With having 3 small kids I am always planning my next menu and how I can prepare for upcoming events. Today, I was able to smoke chicken thighs for some of my next few events, I love how they turned out!

I’m toying with the idea of having chicken, brisket and other meats packaged up in 1lb packages and for sale, would that be useful and wanted? Let me know!

WHITEHALL!
With the Farmers Market & the Gun Show going on, we are going to open up SATURDAY 11-3 for lunch.

Phillys will be the special for the day!

We will be set up in Legion Park on the other side of the Farmers Market (Between the fish pond and the Fire Department).

Come find us, grab a bite to eat and support all of the amazing local talent at the Farmers Market! Or find your next gun at the Gun Show!

Twin Bridges, we are back this weekend for the Rocky Mountain Breeders Horse Show at the Fair Grounds!

Come find us, we are serving up delicious Smoked Brisket & BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, BBQ BOWLS with Brisket or Chicken, and Loaded Fries or Nachos with Brisket or Chicken!

This is one of my favorite menus, so come out to the fair grounds and grab some lunch!
