People who know me know that I love tacos. Like a lot!

That’s why I don’t let a day at the lake or a camping trip keep me from getting my daily dose of vitamin T.

This weekend we spent having fun in the sun and enjoying one of my favorite types of tacos, The Walking Taco.

Walking tacos are so easy to make and fully customizable for the whole family. Take any type of chips you like, topped with your favorite taco protein, lots of cheese and all the salsa, jalapeños, sour cream and guacamole you want, then take a walk and enjoy!

Yesterday while the family is traveling in I got to cross something off my taco bucket list.

I’ve been following from pop up tent to food truck and now to multiple locations across and after finally experiencing their tacos I can understand why they’ve been so successful.

The tacos were fantastic, the hot sauce was 🔥 and the Birria consommé was amazing! Thanks Teddy for the taco inspiration! Keep up the excellent work!
