Truly grateful for this honor. To be recognized as one of the best hot dogs in New Jersey by four different writers from two newspapers who came together to select just 13 spots in the entire state means more to me than I can put into words.

I was told this dream was impossible. Even by family. I was told I'd never make it without the Callahan's name. Never let someone else's opinion become your reality. Follow your heart. Trust God.

Believe in what you're building, even when no one else does. The impossible only stays impossible until someone refuses to quit.

Thank you to everyone who's believed in me, supported 1950 Originals, and helped keep this American Dream alive. We're just getting started.

At 89 years old, Harry Baram ONE ALL THE WAY MOVIE told me my chili sauce was fantastic and that he loved 1950 ORIGINALS

He’s visited more than 130 hot dog spots throughout his lifetime, so hearing that from someone with that kind of experience meant more than I can put into words.

That moment this month became one of the highlights of my career. His presence, his kindness, and his encouragement genuinely changed me.

I’m incredibly grateful.
