Boomerangs is hosting a Food Safety Managers Course on September 22nd and 23rd provided by Linda Musch Consulting.
This is to certify the owners, managers and currently hired employees of the Ham and Egger as well as recertify Boomerangs staff. The class is open to the public for others who want to get certified or renew their current certifications.
This is a great opportunity for people that work in the food service industry! Employers always prioritize applications that are food safety managers and it shows your commitment to the industry. Thank-You all for following our progress, we just bought new chairs for the dining room today so the old chinese restaurant chairs we have presently are available for free if anyone wants them. Anyone interested in the current dining room chairs we have can e-mail [email protected]. They are free of charge, you must remove yourself we can't deliver them for you.

We need to re-certify some of our existing staff and we are certifying all of the managers and presently hired staff of the new breakfast restaurant Ham and Egger! Very excited for the new place opening, getting closer every day!
We are hosting a Food Safety Managers Course hosted by Linda Musch Consulting on September 22nd and 23rd.
Full 8-Hour Certification Course is $190 and includes textbook and the exam
A re-certification review & exam day is also offered on the second day, Tuesday starts at 8:00am The cost for re-certification is $75

Boomerangs will provide soft drinks for free and have donuts or pastries, but it could be a good idea to bring your own drinks or snacks.
We are excited to offer our restaurant as a class room for the food safety class and look forward to hosting it. This is open to anyone, so if you aren't certified and work in food service this is a great opportunity. Food Safety Managers always get priority when applying for jobs as it shows you are serious about working in the industry.
