We are mobile food truck in Eastern Washington serving Indian and east Asian dishes that are fast, fresh and flavorful. Our goal is to provide healthy and environmentally friendly food choices using fresh, sustainable, and locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. Our signature dishes served each week will be Tikka Masala, Butter Curry and Saag Curry with your choice of grilled chicken, panee

r, or tofu and sometimes lamb. Grilled meat, paneer, or tofu servied in a naan wrap also available (tacos), Each week we will provide two or more specials to introduce new curries to our clientele with at least one vegetarian or vegan option.

Get your tickets for a fun class!

This just might be my favorite dish of all time! Tikka "Taco" from Fast and Curryous and they are teaching this class at White Bluffs Brewing later this month! I got my ticket and I can't wait to learn how to make these.

Plus - at the end of class, you get to enjoy your tacos with a White Bluffs beer, and it's time I start branching out and learning more about our local breweries. I can't think of any better way!

You can find us for dinner on Thursday and on Friday from 5-7:30. Our special each night will be our spicy lamb vindaloo. Steptoe St will be closed this weekend so your best bet to get to Moonshot is to take Gage Blvd and turn North onto N. Pittsburg St and then take a left on Victoria Ave.

Starting this week we will have our shrimp and asparagus curry with fresh asparagus from . We will also have fresh mushrooms from for our vegan aparagus, mushroom and chickpea curry. Both of these curries feature our creamy coconut curry sauce. Our schedule:
