Thu: 2430 Stv Ctr 11-1p; White Bluffs 5-7:30p
Fri (every 3rd): Moonshot 5-7:30p

We are mobile food truck in Eastern Washington serving Indian and east Asian dishes that are fast, fresh and flavorful. Our goal is to provide healthy and environmentally friendly food choices using fresh, sustainable, and locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. Our signature dishes served each week will be Tikka Masala, Butter Curry and Saag Curry with your choice of grilled chicken, paneer, or tofu and sometimes lamb. Grilled meat, paneer, or tofu servied in a naan wrap also available (tacos), Each week we will provide two or more specials to introduce new curries to our clientele with at least one vegetarian or vegan option.

We will be at on Thursday night and on Friday night. Our special each night will be our red fish curry.
