Sometimes I can’t fall asleep easily at night. I’ll just be laying there for hours. Thinking of food. Different recipes I could try. Flavor combinations that would be great together. Visualizing different menu items of a future dream business.
Lately I’m thinking of different sourdough inclusions. Lemon blueberry bread. Kalamata olive and feta bread. Roasted garlic parmesan and rosemary. Brown butter shallot and shiitake mushroom bread.. Is this why I drool in my sleep? 😛

First round of some good eats!
I’m going to make a pot of beef stew tomorrow. I’ve been craving it lately and it’s something I always love to cook. Just a classic version with a nice savory and slightly creamy broth. I will have 16oz cups available for pickup, or I can meet up at a designated spot and time. Whatever is the most convenient for you. Let me know if you are interested so I can get a head count. If I can’t swing it I’ll try to make some homemade bread to add 🙂

Hello everyone! I have not been very active on this page but it does not mean I’m not constantly daydreaming of feeding you all delicious food. I would love to hear some feedback and ideas from people. My dream would be to have a brick and morter place to make great food from scratch. Maybe sandwiches and soups with mostly local ingredients. To even get close to that point it’s important to build a family of people who love my food. I currently have the home space and time and skills to make some really amazing food and meals for you all. It would help me out to create food and do what I love as a side business. It would also help you all have a good meal ready and hot to eat after a long workday. Don’t forget there would be no dishes to do, which is a blessing right lol. I could do anything really. Large batches of things would be easier like pasta and salads and baked good. There could be an array food items that everyone loves. Sliders or breakfast for dinner or stew and even pizzas. I would love to hear your feedback here or in messages. Simply I just I love to cook and feed people. What does everyone love to eat lately, let someone else do the cooking?
