Hello Ladies,

It’s that time again. Each year we collect items from local women in business for our International Women’s Day Luncheon. If you or someone you know would like to donate items that help showcase your business please let us know. We will be making 60 bags. We ask that items are dropped off the last Friday in February. To coordinate drop off please call 803-978-3808.

As we wrap up our journey with Coffee on the Rooftop, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us over the past 4+ years.

This is our final post, and we want to wish you all a wonderful holiday season filled with joy and connection. Thank you for making our gatherings truly special and for the incredible connections we've fostered together.

We're excited to turn the page to new chapters ahead, but we will always cherish the relationships built. Here’s to new beginnings!

Today, I have a bittersweet announcement that I've been carefully considering for quite some time. I want to share that Coffee on the Rooftop will not carry into 2025.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the relationships that COTR has afforded me. The Midlands really showed up and brought my idea to life. Through COTR, we have been able to support small businesses, nonprofits, and inspire others to create their own events. I love seeing connections in town that started on the rooftop. It has truly been a journey.

To my OGs, you know who you are. Thank you for supporting me from day one. Thank you for sharing, thank you for welcoming guests, and thank you for helping me set up and break down. I will miss seeing my OG COTR family regularly.

I made this decision because I really want to lean more into what I am passionate about. I am at a place where I need more time for my clients, family, and self-care. I will be focusing on the women in business events that I have always been passionate about. They actually inspired me to start COTR.

So, this isn’t goodbye. This is a "see you around town." Please know that I am forever grateful for each and every one of you.

One of our favorite parts of COTR, is our partnership with Oliver Gospel Roastery. We are incredibly proud of their mission and the impact they have in the community. Every cup of coffee supports the unhoused and women and children in need. Don’t forget to schedule follow ups at the roastery and support where you can. Thank you OGR!
