Cancel your dinner plans! A new week of specials is about to kick off and we have 6 NEW reasons for you to stop in! It is a week jam-packed with summer flavor, you’re not going to want to miss this. Here are the specials!

Starting it off is Spinach and Feta Stuffed Mushrooms, a creamy herbed stuffing enhanced with feta cheese, spinach, parmesan and a touch lemon all stuffed into large mushrooms and baked, then served over a roasted red pepper romesco cream and finished with micro basil

Then we are headed south for some tacos! The Guajillo Glazed Pork Glazed Tacos gently braised pork belly, cooled and thick sliced then roasted to order and finished in a sweet and smokey guajillo pepper glaze then tucked into flour tortillas with cabbage, and pineapple salsa, served with sour cream and fries

Lastly, Maple Buffalo Chef Special Wings are Back! Get your order before theyre gone!

The summer weathet is outtttt and the phoenix crew is ready to serve up some seafood! We got Rum Punches, Corn Hole and of course.. Seafood!

This week we are giving a few of our favorite specials there chance to shine! Come join us and get your favorite tonight!

Fist is the Crab Rangoon Dip! A creamy parmesan dip finished with imitation crab, green onion, soy sauce and ginger all tucked into a cast iron boat, topped with more cheese and baked. It's then finished with sweet chili sauce and served next to crispy wonton chips.

Next, is the return of the Cardiac Smash Burger, twin beef patties topped with american and cheddar cheese all on a brioche bun, with house garlic pickles, bacon, and pulled pork, then finished with an injectable shot of 1835 secret sauce, served with fries

Lastly we have The Smothered Ribeye, a beef ribeye steak, grilled to your desired temperature, then topped with sauteed mushrooms, roasted onion and beef gravy. Then served next to mashed potatoes and corn on the cobb

Well, gang, the claws are coming out for Round 2 of our Summer Seafood Boil Series!

This time, we're doubling up on our boil bags, so come hungry and get ready for an awesome summer day!

Join us this Sunday, July 12, at The Phoenix Manor, 27 Cross Street, Enosburg Falls (use this address for GPS). We're located just up the road from the restaurant.

Weather permitting, we'll have outdoor seating and yard games, making it the perfect way to spend a summer afternoon. As of today, the forecast is looking fantastic!

This is a first-come, first-served event, running from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or until we sell out.

Hello America 🦅

Today were going to talk about our freedom salad, courtesy of fresh berries, sweet and savory maple dressing, plus creamy feta cheese!

The Red, White and blueberry Salad starts with fresh local strawberries served over tender salad greens.Then, topped with blueberries.Feta cheese, red onion and chopped pecans.Then finished with balsamic glazed chicken thighs and a maple lemon poppy seed vinaigrette.

It's thursday but it feels like the weekend has already started.... Dont be late! 🇺🇸

Kabobs, Hickory smoke, Deep Fried Goodness and Double Barrel HOTDOGS!!

It’s a fun * Short* week so don’t wait to celebrate your holiday, Come see us soon!

Starting it off is the Deep fried Bacon Mac and Cheese Bites! a white cheddar and smoked gouda mac and cheese, folded with a healthy amount of chopped bacon, then formed into balls and fried, once hot they are tossed in maple bourbon sauce and served over a bed of cheddar cheese sauce

Then make way for the Double Barrel Loaded Hot Dogs, twin brioche hot dog buns stuffed with two hot dogs (each!) then topped with chopped brisket, American cheese, pickled sweet corn and flaming hot Cheetos dusted onion strings, served with fries

Lastly Don’t miss out on Smokey Maple Sriracha Chef Special Wings!

It's day two of this fun summer week and while there is alot of new specials on the menu this guy has been around for awhile.

The Chicken Bruschetta!

It starts with twin chicken breast marinated in a sweet balsamic dressing then grilled, sliced and served over housemade fettuccine pasta that been toss in a white wine garlic butter sauce. Then finished with tomato bruschetta and balsamic reduction and micro greens

It is a tasty week, dont miss out!

Appreciate the Process!
It's a new week here at the Phoenix House, and we are in the kitchen having fun cooking up the new weekly specials. This one we started right from the flour. Take a look at the new Char-Grilled Maple Filet Flatbread!

It starts with making the flatbread, a simple mix of flour, yogurt, oil, and salt kneaded till smooth then portioned and rolled thin, then grilled until cooked through. It's then topped with grilled and sliced maple soy marinated filets, and local burrata cheese and baked until melty.

To finish we hit it with pickled red onions, arugula and balsamic reduction!

Start to finish 100% Phoenix House! See you this week! 😁
