🚨 A QUICK NOTE TO OUR GUESTS — PLEASE READ 🚨

We are so thankful for every customer who chooses to visit us at A&W! ❤️ We truly appreciate your business and love seeing our parking lot full.

We do need to remind everyone that boats, trailers, RVs, pickups with campers, and other tall or oversized vehicles cannot use our drive-thru.

This is a safety issue. These larger vehicles are not able to safely navigate the turn to the drive-up window. We have had situations where vehicles have had to back up, run over posts or signage, and block traffic — creating a dangerous situation for both our customers and our employees.

👉 If you are traveling with a boat or trailer, please use the gravel parking lot directly in front of the restaurant. You are more than welcome to park there and come inside to place your order.

We know this may be a little inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for that. We are simply trying to keep our drive-thru safe and accessible for everyone.

Emerson Joseph Schaunaman 3/19/18-8/19/26

Emerson was the smartest, funniest and most good natured boy you could meet. He could talk to anyone and made new friends easier than anyone. He was adventurous but cautious. Loved games, could easily operate under complex rules and he hated to lose.

I loved to spend time with him. He was a ray of light-and the thought of his face makes me smile even in my worst moments. He insisted I put him to bed every night and then wanted me to snuggle with him. His blanket still smells like him-I hope it never stops.

I don’t know if it’s possible to love anyone more than I loved him. He was taken too soon and the world is dimmer place. But he made me a better person for the rest of my days.

Emerson was a believer in Jesus and loved his church group. I believe he went from doing what he loved with his dad and sister to being with Jesus in a moment without pain.

You mom, your sisters and I love you Emer - this is the worst pain we’ve ever experienced. I will see you again when my name gets called.
