1. Sesame-Seared Ahi Tuna over Seaweed Salad and Basmati Rice with a Blood Orange-Ginger Honey Sauce.

2. Lobster Risotto with Fresh Tarragon Sprigs.

3. Blackened Gulf Grouper with New Orleans-Style Crawfish Étouffée over a Basmati and Wild Rice Blend.
