4 years ago when we moved to Charlotte I saw a really shady ice cream van literally serving ice cream out the passenger window and said “Mister Softee would do great down here” Fast forward and in just about a week they are letting me get behind the wheel of the Blue Beast and be Mister Softee. I get to introduce it to the community of first timers and bring back memories to so many others . So crazy but so exciting. Off the Mister Softee HQ tomorrow to inspect the truck and train before shipping. Follow your dreams and ideas 🍦🍦🍦

🍦 NOW HIRING – WEEKDAY DAYTIME ICE CREAM CREW! 🍦

We’re looking for friendly, dependable people to join our Mister Softee Waxhaw team!

Our biggest need is Tuesday-Friday daytime availability to help with schools, camps, corporate events, birthday parties, festivals, and community events.

This is an as-needed, flexible position to help cover larger events and busy days. If you’re looking for a guaranteed 20+ hours every week, this probably isn’t the right fit. If you’re looking for a fun way to earn extra income with a flexible schedule, we’d love to hear from you!

Pay:
🍦 $14-$16 per hour (based on experience) + tips when applicable.

Our brand-new Mister Softee truck arrives soon, and we’re looking for part-time friendly, energetic team members to help us serve smiles across the area.
Must like kids, and there will be a background check😊

At this time we are looking for folks 18 + out of high school due to hours needed.

This role will be more of an “as needed” role for big events and the start up of the truck”

This is a great opportunity for:

Responsibilities may include:
🍦 Taking orders
🍦 Serving
🍦 Handling payments
🍦 Calling out orders

Requirements:
✔ Friendly personality
✔ Reliable transportation to our garage in Fort Mill
✔ Available evenings, weekends, holidays

Our truck will feature REAL Mister Softee soft serve and will begin serving the Charlotte area in August 2026!
