We are finally kicking off our 2026 schedule!
Here is where we will be for the month of August:

August 6 - Concerts in the Park - Sturges Park - Buffalo, MN
Serving from 6:00pm - 8:00pm (or until sold out)

August 7, 8, 9 - Rockford River Days - Riverside Park - Rockford, MN
August 7 - 4:00pm - 11:00pm (or until sold out)
August 8 - 9:00am - 11:00pm (or until sold out)
August 9 - 12:00pm - 4:00pm (or until sold out)

August 15 - Buffalo Arts and Craft Festival - Buffalo High School
Serving from 9:00am - 3:00pm

Good afternoon!
We are super excited to share our 2026 Summer schedule. We are extremely excited to get back out and smash some burgers! We are finalyzing the last of the dates. We will be at a lot of the same events as last year, but are adding some new ones. Here are some clues -

Travelling a little to celebrate a local town festival - might have to get there by water.

We are super excited to be at Rinkside 2025 Outdoor Concert tomorrow. Still have time to grab your tickets. Also available at the door. They have a great lineup!

We also have a new burger on the menu. Limited qty.

Bold North Wagyu - Wagyu smash patty, Bold North Bacon Jam-new, fried onions, American cheese, pickles, Bold North Sauce, tallow toasted Brioche bun. Might be my new favorite!

We also have our Original Smash Burgers.

Good evening all! Late reminder of our kickoff in the burger business. Stop by tomorrow night and grab a burger, or stop in and say hi.
We have a ton of people to thank in this long process of making this all come together. The support we have received and kind messages makes all this worth it.
We are at Concerts in the Park tomorrow night. We will start serving around 6:15, ending around 8:30. Unless we sell out🤞.
We are also at the Buffalo Arts & Crafts Fair on Saturday. There we will start with a Breakfast Smashed Sandwich. We will have a limited amount of those, then onto the smash burgers.
Serving hours are 9:00-3:00.

Good evening all my FB friends. This is real, Erica and I have started a little side hustle. Hard to believe it’s food related. We have some upcoming dates we will be at in and around Buffalo.
