Featuring a scrumptious chocolate cake, sandwiched between layers of decadent, fluffy chocolate mousse filling, creamy chocolate buttercream, rich chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream roses and chocolate covered strawberries!

The mousse filling is a NEW recipe I recently tried and let me tell ya, it is heavenly! It’s luscious and chocolaty but not overly sweet, with the consistency of a rich, fluffy whipped cream. Paired with a deliciously moist chocolate cake, it’s irresistible! This is my new favorite cake filling!

Fondant is a pliable, marshmallow based, edible dough that can be rolled out to cover cakes or be made into characters or shapes! Working with fondant reminds me of the hours of fun I had with play dough as a kid!

This little dog is a fondant cake topper that was personally customized for a very special birthday! Not only is it adorable, it’s totally edible!

A fondant character or topper adds a very personal and fun touch to cakes or cupcakes, and is sure to bring a smile for not only kids, but adults as well!

🍁 Salted Caramel🍁
This is a salted caramel cupcake with my fluffy, velvety vanilla buttercream and topped with a sweet and slight-hint-of-salty drizzle of salted caramel sauce! If you’re a salted caramel lover, this one’s for you!

🎃Pumpkin Cheesecake Swirl🎃
This is a scrumptious pumpkin cheesecake swirl cupcake with a luscious, but not too sweet, cream cheese frosting, topped with a candy pumpkin and a little sprinkle of cinnamon to add a festive touch! If you’re a pumpkin spice AND a cheesecake lover, you will definitely enjoy this one!
