Two years ago, I was getting ready to open the doors to ES Esthetics & Wellness. 🥹

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month—and this one will always be personal for me. 🎀

I lost my best friend to breast cancer when she was only 32 years old. Far too young.

Please pay attention to your body, advocate for yourself and don’t put off getting something checked.

This month, I wear pink for her—and for every person and family affected by breast cancer. 🤍🎀

Your skincare routine might be perfect…but when was the last time you changed your pillowcase? 👀

Your pillowcase collects oils, sweat, skincare, hair products & all the other little things that come along with sleeping on it night after night.

And then you put your freshly cleansed face right back on it. 🙃

So here’s your friendly esthetician reminder:

▫️Wash your face before bed
▫️Change your pillowcase regularly
▫️And if you’re acne-prone, sweaty at night or use a lot of hair products, you may want to swap it out even more often.

No fancy skincare product required for this one. 🩶
