These exclusive evenings are an exploration of modern plant-based refinement. Together, we will weave a narrative through the distinct terroirs of French, Italian, Spanish, and Moroccan cuisines. Designed for intimate gatherings of up to 10 guests, each evening flows with curated wine pairings and a fluid, hyper-seasonal menu.

Today, this rebelle des champs thrives in California, carrying its frost-kissed depth into the sun—and it’s one of my favorite root veggies 💚.
