As the high season unfolds, the kitchen fires warm for intimate private dining. My culinary calendar is now open for bespoke residencies from mid-July through mid-December, bringing a highly tailored experience into homes from Santa Cruz and Capitola to Soquel and Aptos.
These exclusive evenings are an exploration of modern plant-based refinement. Together, we will weave a narrative through the distinct terroirs of French, Italian, Spanish, and Moroccan cuisines. Designed for intimate gatherings of up to 10 guests, each evening flows with curated wine pairings and a fluid, hyper-seasonal menu.
