Cooking tip - have you ever run across brown sugar that's brick hard, or a ground spice that has caked to the point you can't even shave it off?

Don't throw it out, try zapping it in the microwave. Try 10 seconds, and increase as needed. :)

the 4th trial of the new Asian BBQ sauce was a hit!

I don't think any tweeks will be needed, we've tried it on chicken, chops, in a stir fry rice dish, and tonight on ribs!

it will be ready to go as soon as I get the label artwork from Amber. (no pressure Amber) LOL!
