The Future in Motion // Last week, we celebrated the Topping Off of and with the ceremonial raising of a palm tree, marking a significant milestone as we move closer to welcoming guests and residents in 2027.

Joined by our partners at and , we celebrated this milestone alongside more than 1,000 guests, including the Mayor of Tampa, ; Two Roads Development Managing Partner & Co-Founder Reid Boren and Partner & President Brad Meltzer; Pendry Hotels & Resorts Co-Founder Mike Fuerstman; and Montage International Founder, Chairman & CEO Alan J. Fuerstman.

Set along the Tampa Riverwalk, Pendry Tampa will feature 218 guestrooms and suites, along with 190 Pendry Residences, introducing the brand's signature blend of contemporary luxury, inspired design, and exceptional service to Florida for the first time.

We look forward to welcoming our first guests and residents in 2027 and establishing Pendry Tampa as a vibrant new destination along the Riverwalk, a gathering place for the community, and a prominent part of the city's skyline for years to come.
