Four years ago we opened the doors of our restaurant for the first time. In the last four years, so much has changed - and yet, so much has remained the same. Same ten tacos on the menu, same familiar faces at the kitchen and at the register, same brown paper bags with the hand stamp, same iced coffee brewed fresh every day and loud music during peak service. Having scrapped and clawed our way through the pandemic as a nomadic pop-up shop to a brick and mortar - we had a feeling that we would make a splash when we first opened. We had laid the foundation through the pop-ups, built a loyal following and generated enough buzz that the gamble of signing a lease and opening a shop felt slightly less risky. What we didn’t know is just how busy we would remain. The fact that we are busier today we’ve ever been four years later validates that what we’ve been doing is working - serving an honest and unique product for a fair price, providing friendly service, and staying true to ourselves and our values and our communities. For that we are immensely proud, and we hope we have made our friends and families and the communities we are so lucky to be a part of proud as well. Thank you for all your support these last four years. We will continue to show up to serve y’all breakfast tacos as long as y’all keep showing up for taquitos.
