Welcome to my page! And just in case you haven't met me yet, my name is Amaris (rhymes with glamourous).

I wear many hats, as far as what I do for work: I'm a Photographer, Freelance Journalist, and on-air personality where I cover anything from food and events to concerts and community-based initiatives.

I also drive everywhere in creation, which offers an opportunity around every corner.

I own my own show, called Food Farms & Chefs radio show, and although I am on a long break from it...I will return to interview chefs, restauranteurs, cookbook authors, VIP's, and more!

I share the stories behind the people, brands, and places that you love to eat, drink, watch on TV, and authors so you can experience their passion in what they do.

I came across ***GOLDEN VALLEY FARMS COFFEE ROASTERS*** in West Chester, PA and checked them out!

They're also located in a building that is host to a foodie marketplace on the weekends, so if you're in the area ..take a mini trip to see and the other small businesses in the spot!

I have loved this city since the day we met. It's the longest relationship I've been in. With all my ups and downs that life throws at me, I'll always have you.

I'm food prepping like a beast💪🏼👩🏼‍🍳

Tonight I made a Lemongrass Coconut Red Thai Curry chicken dish with bell peppers over rice.

Low and slow so that the meat would be super infused with all the flavors AND falling off the bone because it's so tender and juicy.

I have one more dish to make, and then it's time to portion everything out and freeze it....after eating some, of course 😁😋🤤
