What a day for Twisted by Gallaspie Ice Cream! 🌪️🍦

Today we kicked off our very first event at the Warrior Fall Soccer Classic in Dayton, and WOW… what a day it was!

From 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, we were busy serving up sweet treats, hot food, and lots of smiles! 🌭🍨

Was everything perfect? Probably not! 😂 Did we learn a TON? Absolutely! But that’s what firsts are all about!

More than anything, today was about FAMILY. ❤️ Watching our kids work together, figure things out, interact with customers, and learn what it takes to run a business was pretty awesome. A little chaos, a lot of teamwork, some laughs, and memories we will have forever!

We had almost the whole Gallaspie crew working today! Alivia was our missing piece, but she’ll be joining the madness tomorrow! 🥰

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported us, and showed our family some love today! We truly appreciate it!

⚽ We’re back tomorrow (Sunday) from 7 AM – 4 PM!

Come see us at the Warrior Fall Soccer Classic! We’d love to serve you something delicious!

Here’s to new adventures, learning as we go, and building something together as a family! 💙🍦

Stay Twisted! 🌪️🍦

🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL 🚨

Twist'd has officially passed its health inspection and we've got our food license — just in time for our FIRST-EVER event!

This weekend we're rolling into Warrior Soccer Complex, where we'll be serving 100+ soccer teams. Here's what 'getting ready' looks like around here: the garage is basically a warehouse, the trailer's stocked to the ceiling, and let's just say the Sam's Club cart was full. 😅

If you're at the tournament this weekend, come find the trailer and grab a twist — we can't wait to serve you! 🍦

🎨🍦 OK FACEBOOK… DESIGN OUR FOOD TRAILER! 👀

We’ve got the blank canvas — you bring the crazy ideas!

Grab a photo, toss it into AI and create a NAME + WRAP for our new trailer serving:

🍦 Soft serve • 🌭 Coneys & hot dogs • 🥨 Pretzels
🥤 Dirty sodas • 🍋 Twisted lemonades

🚫 One rule: No “Gallaspie Ice Cream Rentals.” This trailer is getting its own identity!

DROP YOUR AI CREATION IN THE COMMENTS!

Make it bold. Make it weird. Make us wish we thought of it first. 😂

Who knows… your idea could inspire the name and design we actually launch with!

First trial run = SUCCESS!

Tonight we got to put the new trailer to the test for the first time — and what better group to practice on than a bunch of hungry kids after Homecoming! 😂

This was our chance to fire everything up, serve through the window, see how the setup flowed, and figure out what we want to tweak before we officially hit the road.

There are definitely a few things we learned, but overall we couldn’t be happier with how everything worked. Seeing a line at the window and ice cream coming out of the machine made all the work that’s gone into this trailer feel pretty darn worth it.

I think the kids approved!

Now we’re ready to start filling the calendar! If you have a wedding, graduation, school event, employee appreciation, birthday, festival, or private party coming up, let us bring the ice cream to you!

Message us for availability and pricing GallaspieIceCream.com

And stay tuned… this trailer is just getting started! 🍦
