This past Saturday was a family celebration Which we decided to roast a hog supplied by Neil's Quality Meats & More in McIntosh, Mn even had the fixings we needed for the Bloody Mary bar. I recommend the jalapeño beef sticks. Got the hog seasoned with some Blues Hog sweet and savory and bold and beefy Saturday morning bright and early for a 12 hour burn and heated with Smokey wood’s apple sticks smoke during the cook. Was a great weekend. Stay safe as summer winds down. Hope you all had a great weekend. Cheers

Busy weekend flew by at drunken monkey pit stop bbq. Had a good pile of heartland farms all natural beef so we decided to make jerky, steak egg and cheese burritos and steak tacos and Ms monkey wanted some shrimp tacos. Have a great week monkey fans.

Got 3 briskets trimmed (princess Zelda style) 3 pork tenderloins and even made a trip to grab a fresh bottle of jack (will open tomorrow) when are fresh shipment of supplies from Owen’s bbq shows up and we through it all on the smoker.
