Big things are frying over here 🙌🏼

We’re getting the trailer prepped and ready because we’re headed to Westfest this weekend! There’s nothing quite like good food, good music, and a whole lot of Central Texas fun, and we cannot wait to be part of it.

This week’s special, the Maple Bacon, is our melt-in-your-mouth OG donut topped with house-made maple frosting and finished with maple bacon crumbles from our friends at Green’s Sausage House. It’s the breakfast-meets-dessert mashup of your dreams, and trust us, it goes fast.

There’s something special about the early mornings on the trailer 👨🏼‍🍳

Before the window opens and the line forms, it’s just us, a little flour, and a whole lot of love. Every donut fried fresh, every pretzel twisted by hand, every batch made from scratch the way our family always has. No shortcuts, no frozen dough, just the good stuff made with care.

It’s a little more work, but you can taste the difference, and that’s what makes it all worth it.
