One evening, one table, one tequila. is crafted from 100% blue agave in El Arenal, Jalisco, using techniques dating back to the 18th century. The night opens with a Mexican Martini, then three expressions poured alongside a four-course dinner designed to pair with them: campechana, tacos de carnitas, braised oxtail, and capirotada de cajeta.
