On our Diedrich, we use techniques that showcase the most flavor of the origin's coffee. After strenuous experimentation and tedious cupping, we provide only premium single-origin coffees, with the exception of the occasional killer blend too good to keep for ourselves. We can be found at the Visalia Farmers Market Saturday morning (annually) and Thursday evening (summer seasons). You'll stumble across the aroma of coffee bursting from the doors of a few shops in downtown Visalia. Embellish & Restore and Velouria Records carry fresh pounds of coffee roasted by yours truly, and also host a spontaneous pour over bar now and then.
