Join us September 1st, 2nd & 3rd for a special Stark Summit Sushi Pop-Up, featuring an unforgettable 10-course Omakase dinner, specially curated by the chef.

Whether you’re a longtime sushi enthusiast or looking to experience Omakase for the first time, this is a special evening you won’t want to miss.

A 10-course chef’s-choice Omakase , featuring seasonal selections and specialty ingredients, including select ingredients sourced from Japan.

Reservations are available from today through the day of the event.
Because we’ll be ordering specialty ingredients and preparing specifically for this exclusive event, all reservations and pre-orders are final sale.

If you are unable to attend, your reservation may be transferred to a friend or family member.

A minimum of 4 guests must be booked for an entirety of an evening for the Omakase service to take place. If fewer than 4 guests total are booked for a particular evening, we reserve the right to cancel that service and provide affected guests with a full refund.

The Star Restaurant will be closed for lunch service on September 1st, 2nd & 3rd.

The Star Bakery will remain open regular hours.

📣 An Update from The Star Bakery & Restaurant

First and foremost, thank you.
Since opening our doors, we’ve been overwhelmed by the support, encouragement, and warm welcome we’ve received from this community.

Every visit, kind word, recommendation, and conversation has meant the world to us. We are truly grateful to be part of the rich history and heritage of The Star, and to serve the communities of Virginia City and Nevada City here in Southwestern Montana.

As we've settled into our new role, we've learned a great deal about how we can best serve our guests while maintaining the quality, hospitality, and experience that are most important to us.

Like any growing business, we're continually evaluating our operations to create a sustainable model that allows us to deliver our best—not only this summer, but for years to come.

With that in mind, we will be adjusting our hours and service model.
