The Jerk The Jerk is a Caribbean-World fusion that offers selections bursting with flavor! We are excited to be here in Atlanta bringing a 300 year old treat!

We are bringing Gourmet Casual dining to Atlanta via food truck. The core of our recipes come from the Maroons who settled the mountains of Jamaica. We use only fresh organic ingredients and authentic smoking woods to reproduce the 300 plus year old tastes today. Each piece of chicken is treated with more than 26 hours of attention and love. This is coming to our menu for good next week! OMG! Authentic coco-bread, our 5 day marinated-5 hour smoked jerk chicken with grilled veggies topped with imported artisan cheddar shredded fresh directly onto the sandwich from the block!!!! You can add jerk aioli for free, we don’t want to step on the toes of the Philly purists who argue no mayo. 😝 thejerkatl

The Rebellion Bowl - Disrespectfully Delicious. Real jasmine rice cooked in real sweet coconut covered with a spicy Korean style red bean topped with our 6 hour smoked - 3 day marinated chicken breast topped off again with sharp cheddar cheese, sour cream, onions and our scratch made Jerk Sauce.

We are officially fully licensed, permitted, decal'ed?, "official sticker'ed, and have alot of important looking papers with seals and letterhead that say we can FINALLY serve you the best fusion food around!!!
