🍓homemade strawberry cake isn’t pink it takes a hue of a pink color but if it is the same color as a box cake picture it’s been dyed with food gel. Same for red velvet it’s not meant to be bright red it’s actually made with cocoa and takes a brown hint of color🥸 crazy isn’t it??
🤍baking powder often used in every single baked good often contains aluminum and I’m not talking about deodorant they put aluminum in our ingredient list for baking. Wait until you see the sour cream ingredient list 🤐
That’s the whole point is to ingest and be able to digest what we’re eating. Convenience has taken a toll on us all but now that im serving others my food I take pride in myself to know what’s in it and keep like minded folks around me who do the same.😎
🧐which brings me to my next point budget always affects everything we totally get that but if im not educating you about what I’m serving you I’ve failed. I can’t wait to bring it to the old 300 mercantile Lacey Wilson is putting together that’s now officially open yall come by roll up your sleeves and come together to bring real life farm to table a reality again 🙏🏼🙌🏼🫶🏻
