We’re a little late getting this posted, but the crowd definitely showed up at Cody Kresta Vineyard and Winery today — WE SOLD OUT!

A huge thank you to everyone at the w**ery for being absolutely exceptional hosts — and for even saving our butts with a bun run mid-service! 😅 You guys were awesome.

And most importantly, thank you to everyone who came out, grabbed some BBQ, shared some laughs with us, and supported Smoke & Tallow. Seeing that line and watching the food disappear was pretty awesome.

We appreciate every single one of you. ❤️🔥

Well… this happened last night. 🍁🥃

Bourbon Maple Bread Pudding topped with warm bourbon-maple sauce and candied pecans.

We were testing a new dessert for the Smoke & Tallow menu, and I think it's safe to say this one's staying! 🔥

8 hours is definitely a hot and fast brisket cook however... could have extended that smoke break another few hours easy! 🤣

Amazing day serving the team at Stryker Instruments! 🔥

We were so busy slinging BBQ that we managed to take exactly ONE picture. 😂 We’ll call that a good problem to have!

(Edit: the Mrs. Managed to get a picture of our delicious chicken we cooked on site today!)

What a beautiful wedding and an awesome venue! We had the privilege of serving an incredible group of folks and, of course, the wonderful bride and groom. ❤️

The food was on point, and we can’t thank everyone enough for all of the compliments and kind words we received throughout the evening. It truly means a lot to us!
