Our fridge is stocked with some new bevs for you to try. Plenty of kombuchas, and something new-to-me called Tepache. It’s a traditional Mexican beverage made from pineapple peels and rinds, sweetened with brown sugar or spiced cinnamon. My interest was piqued! Perhaps yours will be too : )

And if you haven’t tried the sparkling coconut water yet, it’s pretty amazing ✨

Another Idlewild Flora & Fauna favorite.

Their Red is a blend of Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, and Barbera with notes of dark cherry, dried herbs, violets and a little earthy, savory something underneath it all.

It has enough structure to feel like a proper red, and plenty of acidity to keep it lively and food friendly.

This is for the people that are over summer and ready to start moving into fall.
