Great little Italian menu last night for 2 best friends who get together every couple of months for a quick weekend getaway. I love that!! Just 2 gals in an air bnb, catching up, getting some much needed rest, and eating some really good food! The opted out for the salad and swapped it for a pasta.

*Osso bucco over saffron risotto
*Chocolate budino with espresso whipped cream

Meal prep for one 🥰 another happy customer who found me through a Facebook post 🤗 she wants to focus on portion control. 2 portions of dinner and bento boxes for lunch:
*orange chicken with cauliflower fried rice
*oven fried tenders with broccoli Mac and cheese
*Chicken and hummus bento
*chimichurri new York strip with sweet potato mash and roasted cauliflower
*Chicken ramen stir fry with sesame edamame
*Chicken salad with fig crackers and cucumbers

One of my clients goes away for the summer to Gloucester every year. They ask me to stock their freezer so that they can bring my meals to Massachusetts and serve to their family and guests 🥰
Here are just a few things I made them:
*Balsamic chicken with burst cherry tomatoes (soooo delicious!!!)
*Chicken Parmesan (and eggplant parmesan)
*Beef bourguignon
*Chicken and wild rice casserole
*Lentil and eggplant stew
*Pulled BBQ pork

I forgot to take pictures of:

They LOVE their comfort foods! 🥰🥰🥰

Last night's dinner was soo sweet!! A surprise birthday dinner ♥️
*Steamed clams with garlic toasts
*Heirloom tomato salad with ch*****ne vinaigrette
*Truffle risotto with pan seared scallops
*Mango panna cotta with candied mango

Late post! But did a family style dinner for a birthday last Sunday for 18 🥰 LOVE this family! I'm always honored when they call me to cook for their special occasions! One of the best compliments I received that night was a guest telling me how AMAZING the food was and how easy I made cooking and serving this group alone ♥️🙏🏼🥰 great feeling being acknowledged for the work I do!

Happy 11 months to my sweet honey boy!! (I forgot to do the milestone picture on his blanket)
It's his last month of babyhood and its so bittersweet 🥰🥰 he's truly a happy baby, he's super chatty, will be walking any day now! ♥️

Happy 10 months, baby boy! 💙💙 he's started to wave, he's standing up, learning to walk, and loves to throw toys out of his playpen. He babbles all the time, loves his snacks, and really enjoys chicken tikka masala. He is growing way too fast for us, but its beautiful to see him learn and explore every day xoxo 😘 love you, honey boy 🥰🥰

Another fun dinner in Vero Beach! 7 friends from Charleston gathered at a BEAUTIFUL Airbnb to celebrate each other. Hearing how they became friends very late in life was wonderful 🥰 I love that part of my job. Getting to know people, their stories, and connecting over food is what makes it so special. ♥️
