A Quick Update from Red Wok ❤️

We’ve been getting a lot of calls + walk-ins asking: “Why say open but not serving food today?” So here’s the truth:

We planned to open July 4th! We stocked frozen food before the trip, but Vero Beach had heavy rain + power outage while we were gone. When we got back, the fridge temp was still good, BUT our chef said the freshness didn’t meet Red Wok standards. He threw ALL of it away. Big NO from the chef 😅

So today the whole team is here working hard to clean, sanitize & prep fresh food to open TOMORROW.

You know I love you guys, and my heart was broken seeing all that food in the trash… “Oh my money!” 😂 But Red Wok is built on freshness + quality. That rule never changes.

The good news: Tomorrow when you come in, everything will be brand new & fresh! New cups, plates, bowls, spoons, sauce dishes, ice machine, kitchen tools… even the silverware you eat with. Booths are shipping soon too! Plus 450 gifts waiting for you!

Your old cups/plates from 2 years ago were still fine, but we sanitize + upgrade every few years because your meals + safety come first.

Mấy hôm nay quán nhận quá trời cuộc gọi + khách ghé hỏi: "Sao nói mở mà nay không bán?" Tụi mình xin giải thích:

Tụi mình định mở 4/7! Trước khi đi đã trữ đồ đông, nhưng Vero Beach mưa to + cúp điện lúc mình đi vắng. Về kiểm tra tủ lạnh vẫn lạnh, nhưng Chef nói độ tươi không đạt chuẩn Red Wok. Ảnh vứt HẾT đồ đông đi 😭 Chef khó tính lắm bà con ơi!

Hôm nay cả team dọn dẹp, khử trùng, chuẩn bị đồ tươi để MAI 5/7 mở lại
chính thức.

Nhìn thit, rau củ bỏ thùng rác mà tui xót: "Ôi tiền của tui!" 😂 Nhưng Red Wok sống bằng chữ "Tươi & Chất Lượng". Luật này không đổi.

Tin vui: Mai ghé quán, mọi thứ đều mới tinh! Ly, chén, đũa, muỗng, máy làm đá, dụng cụ bếp… đều mới. Bàn ghế mới cũng sắp về!

Cảm ơn mọi người thông cảm & ủng hộ! Hẹn gặp cả nhà 5/7 nha!

Tối nay tụi mình nấu cho nhân viên ăn+ coi pháo hoa mừng 250 năm nước Mỹ! Ghé chơi với tụi mình.

July 4 - Friday: We’re OPEN but NOT selling food yet!

Staff will be in for cleaning, prep work & celebrating America’s 250th Independence Day with fireworks!

Come say hi, watch fireworks from our parking lot, but kitchen is closed. No food served.

July 5 - Sunday: WE OPEN!
We have HOT ROAST DUCK! And all your favorite!

Crispy skin, juicy meat. We’re ready for you Vero Beach!

Red Wok will reopen Friday, July 4th, 2026.

Due to continued increases in food, gas, and labor costs, we have adjusted our menu pricing effective 7/4. This change allows us to maintain the quality, portions, and service you expect from us.
