Must be available weekends — this is our busiest and most important time of the season!

After spending the last few months focused on opening our brick & mortar, The Burger Shack Diner in Lyndon, we are beyond excited to get back out to fairs, festivals, car shows, and events again.

We’ve missed seeing so many familiar faces and can’t wait to serve up all your Snack Shack favorites this season — smashed burgers, loaded fries, funnel cakes, old fashioned soda, roasted corn, and more!

Thank you all for supporting our journey that started 5 years ago with one small food truck, grew into multiple trailers running full steam, and eventually led to opening our very own 50’s style diner. ❤️

This page has been a little quiet lately because we’ve been busy getting The Burger Shack Diner open in Lyndon! It’s been a whirlwind, but we are excited to share that our food trailers are still hitting the road for the 2026 season.

We will officially kick off trailer season on April 4th, and we are proud to say we are fully booked every week and weekend through November 1st!

Don’t worry — you’ll still see us at all of our favorite events and festivals. Stop by to grab your favorites like our satisfying smashed burgers, fresh funnel cakes, old-fashioned sodas, and of course a hot ear of roasted corn.

We can’t wait to see everyone out on the road again this season!
