So we've recieved quite a few questions as to what this week's special (lau lau) is. First we take a few layers of luau leaf(taro leaf) then we place cubes of pork that we've cut up into the center and season them with hawaiian sea salt. Then wrap those up in Ti leaf to hold it together and impart a unique flavor while it steams until the pork is fall apart tender. The inside luau leaves are soft and edible but the outter is not. Traditionally, lau lau would have pork and butterfish inside, but for this week, it is only pork. Today is the last day for our lau lau special so get in Here while you can😁🤙🏽🤙🏽

Aloha, were back in action! This week's special is a pork lau lau plate lunch with a side of kalua pig. We just cant stand eating all the frozen lau lau at other restaurants in town so we had to make our own!
