Well… turns out opening a restaurant takes a little longer when the owner blows out his knee installing the sign 😅🐷
First things first — Brandon is okay, just moving a little slower these days.
We’ve decided to push our opening back just a bit so we can finish dialing everything in and give Lil Pig Lil Pig the opening it deserves. We’re SO close, and we’d rather take a few extra days to perfect the details than rush something we’ve poured our hearts into.
