Hi Everybody...Italian-American heritage month continues...and we celebrate,share and perserve a beautiful culture..

The first picture is one of my most prized possessions..a vintage feast poster from Mt. Carmel Church...I hung this poster with pride in the pizzeria to share where I came from..now it hangs on the corner of Mohawk and James to remind me where I am at.

Photo number two is of another one of my favorite Italian-American dishes. Chicken Scarpariello affectionately referred to as "Chicken Scarp" A.K.A "Shoemaker Style".

We have some nice dinner specials tonight.

Hi Everybody....October 1st. Started Italian-American heritage 🇺🇸 🇮🇹 month..as we look to continue to celebrate,share and perserve culture.

Pictured below in the blue frame is my paternal great-great grandfather's naturalization paper..from the south of Italy to Old Forge PA and then Utica NY.

One of my favorite Italian-American sandwiches is fried bologna and longhot peppers (hot,sweet or mixed) I like mine with a touch of red sauce "gramma Rose style" like my friends grandmother would make us growing up.

Hi Everybody...Italian-American feast season continues to press through September.

I was able to make it down to NY and watch the 100th year procession for San Gennaro through the Streets of Little Italy and I wanted to share.

Next week we will be able to do that home in Utica, NY for St. Cosmos and Damian. 🇺🇸 🇮🇹

We are open tonight until 8pm.

Tomorrow we will be frying dough from 9am-1pm and have all kinds of Sunday Specialties.
