Ok folks, I have written and released a book. The Ultimate Back Surgery Survival Guide -An All-Inclusive Prep Book. I found that the doctors and therapists had zero advise for how to prep my home, myself and most importantly my family on how to survive the aftermath of back surgery. So I took notes, lots of notes. Everything I learned I have written about in my book. If you know anyone who is about to go through back surgery, or any surgery that will take you out of the game of life for 3 to 6 months, then I highly recommend that they invest $8 to get the heads up that nobody gave me.
