6/18/26 Good Afternoon. It’s been a very busy morning. I’ve started a BIRRIA, an authentic recipe, using vegetables, dried chilies, beef broth, vinegar, Roma tomatoes and more. The Top Round was braised with a beautiful crust and added to the broth. I used plenty of herbs, and spices. I hope to have this dish tomorrow, and hopefully house made tortillas using premium
Lard and organic flour and corn masa.
We have dinner specials listed online, luncheon specials too. I’m making additional Goat Cheese Cheesecakes and Izzy is doing up a batch of our famous Chocolate Chip-Heath Bar Cookies, we did them early. We still have a small quantity of GAZPACHO AND SUMMER MARINARA and don’t forget our Italian foods we’ve imported. My new batch of Ciabatta Bread will be baked today and Ciabatta sandwiches will be back soon.
