Deboned skin on chicken thighs, lightly dusted with signature twisted poultry seasoning. Fresh French style green beans sautéed to perfection in turkey bullion built off of turkey bacon. Fried plantains. Kiwi mango and yam chutney. Lightly toasted vanilla cream brioche slices.
