When Michigan State University student organizations caught word of Maria’s Tacos, the duo began catering for ethnic events and the operation was then in full swing! Maria’s Tacos has now catered many special events such as weddings and graduations, as well as corporate events. All the while maintaining the simple philosophy of providing fresh home cooked Tex-Mex cuisine at affordable prices.
