Hi everyone 💕
I know I have been MIA on this account for some time but as you all know who have followed me since the beginning I am no longer doing cakes or macarons and I am now a real estate agent! I can help you sell or buy a home, condo, land, commercial / residential anything you need all around Texas! 🏠🎉

It’s my number one asked question!
I have a cake this weekend and I will be making my buttercream recipe and posting a video for you guys later this week. But here are some tips! 👇🏼
>> USE ROOM TEMP BUTTER! ((Personally I sometimes forgot to set mine out so I would warm up my packs on each side for 30 sec in the microwave!**))

>> SIFT YOUR SUGAR!
No matter what always sift your sugar into your buttercream!

>> USE A PADDLE ATTACHMENT! NOT A WHISK!
Using a paddle attachment will hell mix the butter more smoothly and also gets the job done alot faster. Your whisk will thank you! They won’t break anymore Lol!

>> USE GOOD QUALITY VANILLA EXTRACT!
Don’t get me wrong the cheap stuff works but the food quality vanilla will REALLY make your buttercream stand out and taste that much better!
