We’re excited to welcome Chef Bennett Disser as the new Managing Partner of Revery Greenwood, starting April 7. Over the next few months, Chef Bennett will transition into sole ownership of Revery in Greenwood, Indiana.

Chef Bennett brings an impressive background from some of the top restaurants in the city and Midwest, most notably serving as Chef de Cuisine at Commission Row in Indianapolis. Bennett also worked his way up through the kitchen line under Mark’s leadership in 2016-2018, making this a true full-circle moment. His passion for elevated cuisine, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences make him the perfect fit for Revery’s next chapter.

As he steps into this leadership role, Chef Bennett will guide the vision, menu, and overall experience at Revery Greenwood—and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

Chef got in some duck breast for this evening, which we'll be pan-searing & serving w/ a velvety butternut squash purée, sautéed baby cauliflower, a delicious cherry sauce, and finished w/ red wine fig jam 🤤🦆 As always, reservations can be made at reveryrestaurantgroup.com under the Greenwood tab -- Just make sure to drive safe, as winter weather will apparently be making an appearance in Indiana today 🙏🏼❄️ See you later! 🫶🏼

Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🍗 Just wanted to send out a quick reminder that we're closed this evening for the holiday, and we'll reopen tomorrow for regular business hours 🙏🏼 I also wanted to give thanks to everyone who comes and supports us, sharing our passion for food and drinks -- Without you, we wouldn't be able to do what we love every single week, and for that we're very grateful. Old Forester allocated products came in yesterday 😏🥃 We got a couple bottles of Birthday Bourbon, along with some President's Choice, both the bourbon and the rye 🤗 A perfect way to end an evening out -- Just be 21+, of course 🙏🏼🫡 Come give them a try soon, & cheers!

Good afternoon! 🤗 We have two dinner features this evening -- First, we have a 12oz New York strip that we're serving w/ roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus, a rich Spanish romesco sauce, Andouille sausage, and then finished with some melty Chihuahua cheese & house-made demi 🤤🥩 And then second, we have pan-seared scallops that's coming out w/ mushroom risotto, French-style green beans, shiitake mushrooms, and then finished w/ pickled fennel, fried enoki mushrooms, & red wine balsamic 😋 Make a reservation now at reveryrestaurantgroup.com under the Greenwood tab and we'll see you tonight 🤗🫶🏼
