It is a bit cooler today, and great for Chef Bee’s yellow curry. It has delicious herbs and spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, garlic, salt, bay leaf, lemongrass, cayenne pepper, ginger, makrut lime, mace and cinnamon. It tends to be less spicy than some other Thai curries, and is very hearty in its coconut milk base. Yellow curry can be made completely vegan if desired. Good morning everybody! Well, we made it to the official beginning of the Summer season. Chef Bee is serving brunch Saturday and Sunday beginning at 11 am, with fresh coffee, orange juice, and a specially curated selection of items from the menu for a lovely and relaxing meal. In addition, today is “plant day” for the patio.
